Every package below has a defined scope, a defined revision allowance and a price you agree before we start. If your project does not fit one, we quote the scope rather than the hours.

How we price
Most agencies hide pricing behind a discovery call so the number can be tuned to what they think you will pay. We would rather publish it and spend the call talking about your business.
The packages below cover the vast majority of what we are asked for. Where a project genuinely does not fit (an unusual integration, a migration, a multi-region rollout), we scope it properly and quote a fixed price for that scope, not an open-ended hourly rate.

Print and digital collateral, quoted per job or bundled into a monthly design retainer.
Priced per mailbox and per site, including migration. Most small teams land under $20 per user per month.

Pricing FAQ
Yes, for the scope described. The package price is what you pay for that scope. If you later want something outside it, we quote that separately and you approve it before any work starts.
Typically 50% to book the project into the schedule and 50% on completion, before launch. Larger projects are split across three or four milestones instead. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
Your Squarespace subscription is paid directly to Squarespace, and your domain to whichever registrar holds it. Premium fonts or stock imagery, if you want them, are quoted at cost before purchase. Nothing else is added.
No. The initial consultation, the site audit and the proposal carry no charge and no obligation. We only invoice once you have accepted a scope and price in writing.
On most packages revisions are unlimited within the design phase. Where a package caps them, additional rounds are charged at a flat rate we tell you in advance, never a surprise line item.
Yes. If you start on a smaller package and want to add pages, e-commerce or a booking system later, you pay the difference in scope rather than starting over.
For builds over $2,500 we can split payment across three to six monthly instalments. Ask during the consultation and we will put it in the proposal.
Retainers are rolling monthly with 30 days notice, no exit fee. On a build, you keep everything produced and paid for up to that point, including source files.
